Somatic Release
Letting the body discharge stored stress, grief, or trauma that talk alone can't move.
Somatic release recognizes that experiences are stored in the nervous system, not just the narrative. Trembling, deep breath, tears, warmth, or stillness can all signal release. It's used alongside hypnotherapy when the pattern is held in the body.
