Glossary
Trance
A natural, focused state of attention — not sleep, not unconsciousness — used clinically to access the subconscious.
Everyone enters trance daily (driving a familiar route, getting lost in a song, falling asleep). Clinical trance is the same state, guided intentionally so the subconscious is reachable and responsive.
