Glossary
Suggestion Therapy
Installing specific, agreed-on new beliefs or behaviors during trance, often via a personalized recording the client listens to daily.
Suggestion therapy is the reconditioning phase. After the root has been addressed, the new pattern is reinforced through repeated exposure during the brain's most receptive states — typically a 21-day recording protocol.
