Is this therapy or hypnosis?
Both. Dr. Tara holds a doctorate in clinical hypnotherapy and integrates somatic regulation and subconscious reprogramming. It is faster than weekly talk therapy and gentler than exposure work.
Will I lose control under hypnosis?
No. Clinical hypnosis is a focused, awake state — you hear everything, choose everything, and remember everything. Dr. Tara guides; you do the work.
How is this different from medication?
Medication regulates the symptom. This work resolves the subconscious pattern producing the symptom. Many clients work with their prescriber to taper after the protocol.
