Glossary
Subconscious Reprogramming
The process of changing patterns held below conscious awareness so they stop driving behavior, mood, and physiology.
Subconscious reprogramming works at the layer of mind that runs ~95% of daily behavior — the layer talk therapy and willpower can't reach directly. Done clinically, it uses hypnosis, parts work, somatic anchoring, and suggestion therapy to shift the pattern at its origin.
