1. Services

We provide clinical hypnotherapy, coaching, and educational content. Sessions and programs are private engagements described on their respective pages. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, or legal advice, and no doctor-patient relationship is created by browsing the site.

2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment or countersignature of an engagement letter.
• Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the session fee.
• Refund terms, if any, are stated in your engagement letter.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in through a website form, checkbox, or keyword reply, you agree to receive text messages from Dr. Tara Perry related to appointments, session follow-ups, account activity, and—where you have opted in—occasional updates and resources.

• Program: Dr. Tara Perry appointment reminders and account notifications.
• Message frequency: Varies. You will typically receive between 1 and 8 messages per month depending on your engagement.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation reply.
• Help: Reply HELP or email hello@consulttara.com for support.
• Carriers: Supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
