The signature protocol
The Rapid Inner Method
A three-session subconscious reprogramming protocol designed for the person who has already done years of conscious work and still finds one pattern won't move. It resolves the root, not the symptom.
The three sessions
Session 01
Session one — Locate the root
A 90-minute clinical hypnosis session designed to find the moment the pattern began. Not surface behavior — the original decision the subconscious is still defending. Most patterns have a clean origin; the work is to find it precisely.
Session 02
Session two — Reprogram at the source
A second 90-minute session that addresses the root directly using clinical hypnotherapy, RTT, parts work, and somatic release in whatever combination the pattern requires. Ends with a personalized 21-day audio reconditioning recording.
Session 03
Session three — Integrate and anchor
A 60-minute integration session two to three weeks later. The new pattern is consolidated and anchored into daily life with cues the client can fire on demand. The work holds because it's wired in, not white-knuckled.
Common questions
- Who is the Rapid Inner Method for?
- High-responsibility people — founders, surgeons, performers, healers, executives — who have already done years of conscious work and still find one pattern won't move. It's not a starter protocol; it's a finishing one.
- How is this different from traditional hypnotherapy?
- Traditional hypnotherapy often layers in suggestion without first locating the root. The Rapid Inner Method always begins with hypnoanalysis — finding the original event — then reprograms from there. Suggestion alone tends to hold for weeks; root work tends to hold for years.
- How long does it take?
- Three sessions across roughly three to four weeks, plus 21 days of daily listening to the personalized recording.
- Is it virtual or in person?
- Both. Nashville-based clients can work in person; virtual sessions are run worldwide and use the same protocol.
