Is this a diet plan?
No. There's no food list. We resolve the subconscious pattern making the food feel necessary in the first place.
What about binge eating or bulimia?
This work is well suited to both. If you're under active medical care, we coordinate — this is a complement, not a replacement.
Will I lose weight?
