Glossary
Clinical Hypnotherapy
A regulated therapeutic use of trance to access and reshape subconscious patterns. Not stage hypnosis.
Clinical hypnotherapy is the application of focused trance states in a therapeutic frame. The client remains fully aware and in control; the practitioner guides access to the subconscious where the pattern lives. Sessions are recorded, evidence-aligned, and tied to specific outcomes.
