RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy)
A hybrid modality combining hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and psychotherapy into a results-focused protocol.
RTT was developed by Marisa Peer. It compresses the discovery work of traditional hypnoanalysis into a directed session that ends with a personalized reconditioning recording. Dr. Tara Perry is RTT-certified and integrates it into the Rapid Inner Method where appropriate.

Hypnoanalysis
Using trance to uncover the original event or decision that installed a limiting pattern.
Suggestion Therapy
Installing specific, agreed-on new beliefs or behaviors during trance, often via a personalized recording the client listens to daily.
