Dr. Tara Perry, DACM, LAc, CHt (RTT), NLP, is a Nashville-based doctor of Chinese medicine and clinical hypnotherapist. Over 28 years she has helped high-achieving clients — founders, physicians, mothers, and artists — resolve anxiety, sleep, confidence, food, addictions, and leadership patterns at the subconscious layer. Dr. Tara Perry is a doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine (DACM), certified RTT hypnotherapist, and licensed NLP practitioner. A UCLA honors graduate with advanced clinical training at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she spent ten years as faculty at Emperor's College — the #1 acupuncture college in California — and became the first acupuncture teacher at UCLA's Arthur Ashe Center. Her Rapid Inner Transformation protocol combines clinical hypnosis, subconscious reprogramming, and Chinese medicine into three focused sessions across ninety days.
