Acupuncture and the Mind-Body Connection

Dr. Tara Perry is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture is not part of her current practice, and the training still shapes everything she does.

Built for executives, founders, physicians, and recording artists carrying what no one around them can see.

At a glance
Acupuncture is part of Dr. Tara Perry's clinical training and credentials, not a service she currently offers. Her practice today is Rapid Inner Transformation, a three-session clinical hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming protocol delivered in person and virtually worldwide.

Dr. Tara Perry is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) with twenty-five years of clinical practice, including ten years on faculty at Emperor's College and the inaugural acupuncture appointment at UCLA's Arthur Ashe Center. That training is the reason she reads a person as a whole system: where the pattern originated, what the nervous system is holding, and which layer actually needs treating.

Her current work is Rapid Inner Transformation: clinical hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming across three private sessions. She is not offering acupuncture as a service. If you arrived looking for help with stress, pain, sleep, or a reaction that keeps firing, the consultation is the right place to find out whether this approach fits, or whether a referral serves you better.

Is this for you

The protocol is built for a specific person.

  • You want a clinician with doctoral-level training, not a wellness brand.
  • Your nervous system is the limiter and you know it.
  • You'd rather treat the system than the symptom.
  • You came looking for acupuncture and you are open to what actually resolves the pattern.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they apply.

Does Dr. Tara Perry offer acupuncture?
No. Acupuncture is part of her clinical training and credentials, not a service she currently offers. Her practice is focused on Rapid Inner Transformation, a three-session clinical hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming protocol.
I came here looking for acupuncture. What should I do?
Book a consultation. It is free, and it exists to work out what you are actually dealing with. If subconscious work is the right layer, she will tell you. If it is not, she will point you toward someone better matched.
What is a DACM?
A Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine has completed clinical doctoral training in Chinese medicine. Dr. Perry earned hers at Emperor's College, taught clinical diagnostics and meridian theory there for a decade, and was the first acupuncture teacher at UCLA's Arthur Ashe Center.
Why did she move from acupuncture to subconscious work?
Because of what kept happening in clinic. Clients would regulate beautifully and still fire the same reaction weeks later. The nervous system had been treated. The subconscious pattern driving it had not. Hypnotherapy and NLP closed that gap.
Does the Chinese medicine training still show up in the work?
Constantly. In how she reads a nervous system before a session, how she paces the ninety-day arc, and what she looks for when a pattern refuses to move. It does not show up as needles.
