The Protocol
Subconscious Reprogramming
Locating the original imprint behind a recurring pattern — and overwriting it at the same level it was written.
Subconscious reprogramming is not a wellness trend. It's the clinical work of identifying the moment your nervous system learned a rule — rest is risk, asking for help is failure, slowing down is falling behind — and rewriting that rule with the same tools that installed it. Talk therapy reaches the conscious operator. This work reaches the operator underneath it.
Dr. Tara Perry's protocol stacks Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with clinical hypnotherapy trained under Paul McKenna, NLP under Richard Bandler, the Demartini Method, and meridian regulation. Twenty-five years of practice. Three earned doctorates. Built specifically for the people whose private unraveling no one around them is allowed to see.
Three sessions, ninety days. Opening, repatterning, integration. Most clients only need one round.
What it answers
- What is subconscious reprogramming?
- Subconscious reprogramming is the process of locating the original learned response — the moment the nervous system installed a rule like 'rest is unsafe' or 'I have to be the strong one' — and overwriting that file at the same level it was written. Talk therapy reaches the conscious operator; subconscious reprogramming reaches the operator underneath it.
- How is it different from affirmations or positive thinking?
- Affirmations install a new suggestion on top of an older one. If the older file is still active, the new suggestion competes with it and usually loses. Subconscious reprogramming locates and rewrites the older file first — then layers in the new pattern so it actually takes.
- What modalities does Dr. Perry use?
- A clinical stack — Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), clinical hypnotherapy under Paul McKenna, NLP under Richard Bandler, the Demartini Method, and meridian regulation. Twenty-five years of practice, three earned doctorates, integrated into a single three-session protocol.
- How long does it take?
- Three sessions across roughly ninety days — opening (deep regression and root identification), repatterning (the rewrite session, with custom audio), and integration. Most clients complete the full arc inside one quarter and only need one round.
- Is it done in-person or virtual?
- Both. The protocol works identically over secure video. Nashville clients typically do at least one session in the treatment room; international clients complete the full arc remotely.
- Who is it for?
- Executives, founders, physicians, partners, and recording artists who have done the therapy and the coaching and can articulate the pattern perfectly — and still cannot make it stop firing. By application only.
